By participating in the Spin the Wheel promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Prizes
The prizes available under this Promotion are as follows:

• £100 Voucher (redeemable on a minimum spend of £200)

• £50 Voucher (redeemable on a minimum spend of £150)

• Free Whitening Session

• 20% Discount on eligible treatments*

• Free Dental Examination (standard clinical check-up only; X-rays and additional diagnostics are excluded)

*The 20% Discount is not applicable to Implant or Invisalign treatments.

Prize Conditions

1. All prizes must be redeemed exclusively at Smilespark Dental Clinic.

2. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary equivalent.

3. Prizes may not be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount, unless expressly stated otherwise by Smilespark Dental Clinic.

4. Each prize is valid for a single redemption only and cannot be used more than once.

5. Lost, expired, or damaged prizes will not be replaced under any circumstances.

6. The Free Dental Examination covers a standard clinical check-up only. Any additional procedures, including but not limited to X-rays, scans, or further diagnostics, are not included and may incur additional charges.

7. All rewards must be redeemed within three (3) months from the date they are issued. Rewards not redeemed within this period will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.

Eligibility

1. Participation is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. Only one spin per individual is permitted. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Smilespark Dental Clinic.

3. By participating, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Vouchers are only valid for existing Smilespark patients. Redemption will only be accepted if the voucher corresponds to the email address registered in our patient database.

Data Collection and Consent

1. By entering the Promotion, participants provide consent to Smilespark Dental Clinic to collect their email address and use it for marketing communications.

2. Collected personal data will be used solely for communications related to Smilespark Dental Clinic and its promotions.

3. Personal data will not be sold, shared, or otherwise disclosed to any third party outside of Smilespark Dental Clinic.

4. Participants have the right to unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Instructions for unsubscribing will be included in each communication sent.

General Terms

1. Smilespark Dental Clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. The Clinic’s decisions regarding prize allocation, participant eligibility, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are final and binding.

3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions set out herein.
