Cancellation & Deposit Policy
To ensure fair availability of appointments for all patients, we kindly ask for a minimum of two (2) business days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy is clearly outlined in your welcome letter, which you receive when registering with the practice either online or in person.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking any appointment. This deposit is fully refundable or transferable provided that at least two business days’ notice is given.
If less than two business days’ notice is provided — or in the case of a missed / no-show appointment — the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
